OUR PROCESS

One coordinated process takes your project from the first conversation through a fully commissioned LED display.

Discovery

We begin with the business objective. What must the audience see? How will the display be used? Who operates it? What systems must connect to it? We also discuss schedule, budget range, decision-makers, and procurement requirements.

System Design

We develop the recommended display size, pixel pitch, resolution, brightness, cabinet layout, mounting approach, processor, and controls. When needed, we coordinate with architects, designers, general contractors, electricians, IT teams, and audio-video professionals.

Proposal and Planning

You receive a defined project scope, system recommendation, pricing, assumptions, and anticipated schedule. Once approved, we confirm field conditions, equipment, infrastructure responsibilities, and installation sequencing.

Installation

The mounting system and LED cabinets are installed, aligned, connected, and finished. Proper alignment is essential: small physical inconsistencies can affect the appearance of a large seamless image.

Configuration and Calibration

We configure the processor, test signal paths, map the display, balance modules, and calibrate brightness and color for a uniform picture.

Training and Handover

We show your designated users how to turn on, operate, and shut down the system; select content sources; use available layouts; and identify when support is needed.

Continued Support

We can help plan spare modules, replacement components, remote diagnostics, preventive service, and future system changes. Available support depends on the selected equipment and project agreement.
